A Successful Workwear Project for a Fortune Global 500 Real Estate Company

Earlier this year, Dongguan Youtong Clothing Co., Ltd. was honored to collaborate with a Fortune Global 500 real estate company CBRE to design and produce customized uniforms for their employees worldwide.

At the beginning, the client only provided us with a few reference photos and a general idea of their preferred styles. Their requirements were clear yet diverse:

Front desk staff: suits, shirts, pants and ties,name badge

Engineering staff: denim shirts and multi-pocket work pants;name badge

Logistics and back-office staff: 100% cotton casual shirts and trousers,name badge

Each employee was to receive two suits, three pairs of trousers, five shirts, two ties or scarves, and a name badge. The goal was to create a professional and unified corporate image that enhances brand recognition and team identity.

However, there was a challenge — the styles were many but the quantities were small, which did not meet the usual MOQ for mass production.
To solve this, Youtong proposed a “light customization” solution: based on our experience, we selected three levels of sample garments that matched the client’s dress codes and usage scenarios. We attached detailed quotations and couriered the samples for review.

The client quickly confirmed the final styles and placed the order. Since their offices are located all over the world — including Australia, the Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia, as well as major Chinese cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen — every garment set was individually packed and labeled with each employee’s name and department code.

To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we used FEDEX, UPS, and DHL for international shipments, and SF Express for domestic ones. This efficient logistics coordination helped maintain the professional image and high standards expected from a world-class enterprise.
