Custom bowling shirt

Mondays often start busy —
today was another round of discussions around sampling details.
The client hopes to ship before Lunar New Year,
but the sample is not approved yet.
Everyone feels the pressure.
On the surface, it’s a simple bowling shirt.
But production is never just about sewing.
Couriers, sample approval, fabric sourcing, trims procurement —
all of these steps take time before a single piece goes into bulk.
We always plan for the worst-case scenario.
If bulk production cannot be completed in time,
we prepare a Plan B:
– Produce a small batch first
– Ship by air for launch or promotion
– Complete bulk quantities after the holiday by sea
This means advancing costs before payment is received —
but it keeps the client’s business moving.
Many salespeople focus on one thing only:
When will you place the order? When will you pay the balance?
That’s understandable — everyone needs to make a living.
But long-term partnerships are built by solving problems,
not by pushing timelines that reality can’t support.
